Paul B. Yune is an attorney with the new RISE Project at Coast to Coast Legal Aid of South Florida. Since the passage of Marsy’s Law as a Florida Constitutional Amendment in November of 2018, victims of crimes now have enforceable and protected rights in criminal court proceedings throughout the State of Florida. As a RISE attorney, Paul represents victims of intimate partner violence and advocates for their rights in criminal court proceedings.
Prior to joining Coast to Coast Legal Aid, Paul worked as an assistant public defender for 10th Judicial Circuit in Polk County, Florida. Paul earned a Juris Doctorate degree from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2011 and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Philosophy from Florida State University in 2005. Paul is originally from Philadelphia, and enjoys rooting for the Philadelphia Eagles, kayaking, and fishing.
