Jason Neufeld, Esq., has volunteered with Legal Aid to assist low-income residents of Broward County since 2016. In addition to advising tenants on their legal rights with the Broward Lawyers Care Telephone Advice and Counsel Hotline, he also represented a survivor of sexual assault in a housing dispute. His assistance enabled her to move into a new home pursuant to her rights under the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA). Most recently, Jason volunteered to complete healthcare surrogate designation documents for Legal Aid clients who are worried about falling ill or being unable to make medical decisions for themselves during the ongoing pandemic.
Jason practices personal injury and elder law and is committed to assisting and protecting the most vulnerable members of society. Jason is on the Board of Directors for the North Dade Bar Association; North Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce; Ancient Spanish Monastery; B’Nai Brith Justice Unit of Broward and the Greater Miami Jewish Federation – North Dade Branch. Jason earned his BA from Emory University and subsequently obtained his JD and MBA degrees from the University of Miami.
