Joshua R. Levenson, Esq.
Joshua R. Levenson is a partner in Holland & Knight’s Fort Lauderdale office. At Holland & Knight Joshua is a member of the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice. At Holland & Knight, he concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, trusts and estates litigation, medical malpractice defense, and commercial landlord-tenant litigation. He handles cases in both state and federal court, from pre-suit through trial.
Mr. Levenson also maintains an active pro bono practice. Josh was introduced to CCLA in 2013 as part of his work with the Holland & Knight Rooney Financial Elder Abuse Pro Bono Project. He has donated over 600 hours to pro bono matters with cases involving child abduction, financial elder exploitation, representation of children with autism, and representation of military veterans.

Mr. Levenson is the chairperson of the Public and Charitable Services department in Holland & Knight’s Fort Lauderdale office, where he oversees the office’s community service projects and the intake of pro bono matters. He is also a member of the board of directors for the Holland & Knight Charitable Foundation, member of the board of directors for Legal Aid Service of Broward County (LAS) and Coast to Coast Legal Aid of South Florida (CCLA,) and executive board member of the Boy Scouts of America South Florida Council.
Mr. Levenson holds a J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law (Cum Laude) and a B.B.A from the University of Miami (Cum Laude, General Honors.)
