Coast to Coast Legal Aid of South Florida (CCLA) provides free civil legal services to low-income and eligible residents of Broward County and Collier County. We protect and defend the legal rights of families, seniors, veterans, and underserved populations in different areas of legal service. There are many ways to get help with CCLA, choose the one that works best for you below. *Please note that we cannot help with traffic, criminal (except on behalf of victims of crime for victims’ rights enforcement), workers compensation, or personal injury cases.

Because of limited in-office staffing, staff may not be available to meet with you if you do not have an appointment. We are able to determine eligibility over the phone. Because of limited in-person staffing, we may not be available to meet with you if you do not have an appointment. We would prefer it if you would apply online or call us. If you are at the Broward County Central Courthouse, we have a waiting room in West Wing 04-107 (near the Family Law Clerk’s Office). You may check-in and wait to be seen most Mondays through Fridays from 9:15AM-4PM. Our courthouse office is closed for all court holidays and when our office is closed. Please bring all your paperwork and identification with you.

If you are a homebound senior citizen (age 60 or older) in Broward County, please call us. We have a Mobile Justice van that will see you at your home or senior center. Call 954-736-2400, let your CCLA Intake Specialist know that you are homebound, and ask about the Mobile Justice Squad.
