Audra Zweig is the Human Resources Manager at Coast to Coast Legal Aid of South Florida, bringing over twenty-six years of non-profit experience in HR Management. Audra spent most of her career with United Cerebral Palsy Associations of New York State located in New York City, where she started her career in HR as an Administrative Assistant. After 25 years as the Director of Employment, Audra moved to Fort Lauderdale to be closer to her family.
Throughout her career, Audra successfully led HR initiatives in talent acquisition, employee relations & engagement, performance management, training, union labor relations, conflict management, metrics/reporting, and benefits administration. With a degree in Sociology from Queens College and certified in both the Society for Human Resource Management Professional (SHRM-CP) and as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Audra possesses a deep understanding of HR best practices and legal compliance. She is a SHRM member and regularly participates in professional development opportunities to stray abreast of the latest trends and advancements in the HR field.
Audra is known for her exceptional communication skills, ability to navigate complex HR challenges, and dedication to continuous improvement. Audra’s well-rounded perspective assists her in connecting with employees on a personal level and advocate for their needs effectively. Audra’s leadership and vision continue to shape CCLA’s Human Resources Department, ensuring CCLA remains a great place to work.
