Caron Pescatore, Esq.

Caron Pescatore, Esq. has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2001. She began her legal career in California, where she served with distinction at the Los Angeles County Public Defender’s Office before transitioning to the District Attorney’s Office. After several years in public service, Caron took time away from the courtroom to focus on raising her children.

She returned to the legal profession with a renewed passion for advocacy and now practices in South Florida as a Supervising Attorney of the Economic Advocacy and Community Health Unit at Coast to Coast Legal Aid of South Florida. In this role, she specializes in Social Security Disability law, helping vulnerable clients access critical benefits and services.

In addition to her legal work, Caron is the author of The Kids’ Court Whodunit series—a collection of middle-grade legal fiction books that introduce young readers to the justice system through engaging mysteries and relatable characters. Her writing blends her legal experience with a love of storytelling to educate and inspire the next generation.
