Cynthia Woodward, Esq.

Cynthia Woodward has been with Coast to Coast Legal Aid of South Florida (CCLA) since its inception. From 1990 to 2004, Cynthia was a family law attorney with Legal Aid Service of Broward County, Inc. Prior to 1990, she was an attorney with Gulfcoast Legal Services in Clearwater, Florida.

Cynthia provides free civil legal representation to victims of domestic violence in the area of family law. Since December 2021, she has been the Supervising Attorney for the Family Law Unit where she mentors and supervises staff attorneys and paralegals, while still advocating for the indigent population of Broward County. CCLA’s Family Law & Victims of Crime Unit provides holistic representation to victims of intimate partner violence and seniors for their civil legal needs including protection orders, divorce, paternity, immigration, housing, and public benefits.

Cynthia received her BA from University of Florida in 1981 and her JD from Nova Southeastern University in 1984. She has been admitted to the Florida Bar since 1984.
