Profile in Good: Cindy Woodward

Cindy Woodward is a Senior Attorney at Coast to Coast Legal Aid of South Florida (CCLA). Cindy joined CCLA in 1990 and has since devoted her entire career to helping those in the community who are less fortunate. As a Family Law Attorney in CCLA’s Family Law Unit, Cindy assists survivors of domestic violence with injunctions, dissolutions of marriage actions, custody cases, paternity defenses, and other aspects of family law litigation. She was recently named Supervising Attorney of the unit.

Cindy earned her JD from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor’s Degree from University of Florida. While in Law School, Cindy was an intern at Legal Aid Service of Broward County and later became a public interest attorney at Gulf Coast Legal Services in Clearwater, Florida. Cindy is a member of the Florida Bar (Family Law Section) and Broward County Bar Association.

Cindy grew up in South Florida. She loves gardening, travel, and visiting her three wonderful grandchildren.
