Louis Reinstein, Esq.
Louis Reinstein is a Partner and Business Unit Leader at Kelley Kronenberg. Louis joined Coast to Coast Legal Aid of South Florida’s Board of Directors in April of 2021.
Louis’ general litigation practice includes trial and appellate work in Florida’s state and federal courts. His practice includes plaintiff and defense work from intake through trial and appeal. His areas of focus include commercial litigation, premises liability claims, medical malpractice, municipal litigation, correctional healthcare, and police professional litigation. Louis is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified County and Circuit Court Mediator.
Louis has successfully argued matters before federal courts including the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, Southern District of Florida, Middle District of Florida, and Northern District of Florida among others. In 2020, Louis was part of a team that successfully argued before the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeal, which reversed the District Court Judge’s denial of summary judgment and successfully defeated a petition for writ of certiorari before the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Reinstein is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, where he graduated with a Juris Doctor degree. Louis also earned an M.A. from Emory University and a B.A. from University of Florida.
